What our clients say:

‘Ingrid was the first clinician that I have seen that was able to finally explain what was happening to me with clarity, consideration and empathy. After only one session I finally felt heard and that my symptoms weren’t just in my head, there was indeed a real biological cause. For the last two years every other health practitioner has disregarded this. She was able to guide me in to making changes that were going to help minimize my hormonal fluctuations. I feel more energized, happier and more comfortable in my body than I ever have. I only wish I had engaged with Ingrid earlier.’

‘Navigating Anorexia Nervosa is a battle that can’t be done alone. It takes a team of support to make you believe that recovery is possible. Ingrid has been instrumental in my recovery over the last few years, displaying kindness, compassion, empathy and dedication. Not once has Ingrid ‘given up on me’, when I had no hope myself. During our appointments Ingrid continues to guide me in the right direction pushing me to challenge my eating disorder cognitions and to live my life in line with my values. I can wholeheartedly say that I wouldn’t be where I am today, achieving my goals in life and recovery without her.’
